1990's: drama opening scene car driving off a cliff, woman gets out hubby dead, woman then has a man to have surgery to turn him into her dead hubby, who was found later in the film in a tank full of waterery something! Think Sharon Stone, Michelle Phiffer? or Basinger placed the leading role- really great flm. PLEASE HELP!
