Harrowing and some times hard to watch but thought provoking, we watched it immediately followed by the 15 years on film but it does stand alone as a good film without the sequel and is definatly the better of the two.

This movie is very disturbing as the young and older boys in the orphange are sexually assaulted by the brothers. Very very disturbing but the 15 years later one is better but these movies gives people the thought of what it would be like if someone was to do that one any child. It a good movie but very disturbing.
